Important info for users of the current KIPP webshop
As an existing registered user in the webshop, you can continue to use your existing login details in the new shop. Only a new password is required after the first login to the new website. After the initial login, you will immediately receive an email with a link to a page where you can enter a new password for the new webshop. After entering a new password, you can immediately use the online shop with your login data (e-mail address & password) without any restrictions.
If you have created watch lists in the previous KIPP online shop, please save them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the watch lists cannot be transferred to the webshop, which is based on a new technology.

Would you like to register and enjoy all the benefits of the KIPP customer portal? Then we have compiled valuable information for you here.
Yes, you can continue to use your existing login details in the new shop. You will just need to set a new password after logging in for the first time. You will receive an email immediately after logging in, which you can use to assign a new password. You can then use all the functions of the customer portal using this new password.
- Click on "My Account" at the top of the KIPP website screen next to the search field.
- Click on "Register" under the login icon.
- Enter your personal data and company information in the registration process and click on "Continue". All mandatory fields are marked with an *.
- In the third step of the registration process, you can select the type of account you want.
- Select "Customer Account" if you want to use all functions of the platform without restrictions and order via the online shop.
- Over "CAD Account" you only get access to the product information and CAD data.
- When selecting "Customer Account", please indicate whether your company has already been a KIPP customer in the past or is a new customer . Please select "Existing Customer", if you are not sure.
- After you have completed the last step, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received an email after some time.
- You can use the confirmation link in the email to assign yourself a password. After this step, it may take 5-10 minutes for your account to be activated.
It is currently not possible to change your account details or transfer an account to another person in your account field. To make the desired changes, please contact websupport@kipp.com.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to order as a private person via the KIPP website.
If you have forgotten your password or cannot access your account, you can reset your password via "Forgot your password?" on the login page. You will then receive an email at the email address you provided to reset your password.
You have not received an email? Please be sure to check your spam folder or contact your company's IT department. Company firewalls often prevent the receipt of such emails.
In the event of a blocked customer account, please contact customer service at polska@kipp.com. To activate an account quickly, please send us your email address, customer name and customer number.
ALL ABOUT ORDERING
Here you can find out all you need to know about ordering and your orders in the KIPP online shop.
Your account may be a restricted CAD account. This only allows you to download the CAD data for the products, but not to place orders.
In your "My Account" section you will find the menu option "Upgrade Account". You can use this to submit a request to upgrade your account free of charge. As soon as your enquiry has been processed by customer service, you will receive a corresponding email notification. Please log in to your account again afterwards. You should then be able to use all the functions of an online account and place orders without any restrictions.
A written quotation is often a prerequisite for companies to be able to place orders. With the "Request a quote" tool, you can request a quote for all the desired products with just a few clicks and receive it automatically almost immediately. The only prerequisite is registration on the KIPP website.
- Log in to your online account.
- In the shopping cart menu, you can send your desired products directly to KIPP as an enquiry using the "Shopping cart request" tab.
- You will automatically receive the quote at the email address you have provided and can see an overview of all quotes submitted to date in your online account.
- You can then convert the quote directly into an online order.
In your account section there is a tab called "Order history". All previous orders from your account are listed here and linked to the relevant documents, from order confirmation to delivery note. You can place an order again with just a few clicks and save yourself the time of having to add the products to your shopping cart one by one.
You can view all important documents relating to previous orders in your online account. To do this, click on "Order history" in your account section and select the relevant order.
So far, you can only specify different domestic delivery addresses in the online shop. If you would like to have your order delivered abroad, please contact our customer service at websupport@kipp.com.

OTHER INFORMATION
You will find all the important information about the possible versions of the product as well as the CAD data on the respective product page for your desired product. The CAD models offer different viewing models, such as 3D or 2D, as well as various setting options.
You can download all CAD data with just a few clicks. All you have to do is log in to your account in the online shop. If you have not yet created an account, please register using the following link.
